Tiny Shouts World is operated by Tiny Shouts Co. LLC. This notice describes information handled by the World portal. Purchases are handled separately by our Shop.
When you contact us
Our form collects your optional name, email address, chosen topic and message so we can respond. Messages are stored in a private owner-only inbox on our hosting infrastructure. They are not published or added to a marketing list. Please do not include payment details, home addresses or other sensitive information.
Newsletters and the Shop
The Join the World form saves your email address, consent version, signup source and consent date in World’s private subscriber list. The owner can export this list to manage Tiny Shouts email updates. World signups are not currently synced automatically to Shopify. To withdraw your consent or request removal, use our World contact form. Shopify handles purchases and order information under the Shop privacy policy.
Hosting and essential operation
Our hosting providers process information needed to serve pages, protect the site and operate its storage. Public pages can be viewed without signing in. The private administration area uses ChatGPT sign-in; the platform handles authentication and may process access and operational logs. Administrator identity and edit times are recorded to protect and maintain the portal. The current portal code does not add advertising trackers or visitor profiles. Videos are served by the portal.
Who can access information
The portal owner can access contact messages and newsletter signup records. Our hosting and service providers process information to operate their services. We may disclose information when legally required. Links to external sites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
We retain contact messages while needed to handle your request and related follow-up, then delete them when no longer needed. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your message. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Families and children
Our contact and newsletter forms are intended for adults, including parents and guardians. Children should ask an adult to contact us on their behalf and should not submit personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child may have submitted so we can review and delete it.
